본 방침은 Pomodoro(이하 "본 앱")가 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 취급하는지 설명합니다. 본 앱을 사용함으로써 이용자는 본 방침의 내용에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 앱은 회원가입이 없으며, 이용자가 앱에서 기록한 데이터를 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
1. 앱이 저장하는 정보
본 앱은 아래 정보를 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장합니다. 개발자를 포함한 제3자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 포모도로 세션 기록 (집중 횟수, 누적 집중 시간)
- 컨디션 기록 및 시간대별 패턴 분석 데이터
- 타이머 설정 (집중·휴식 시간, 자동 시작 여부, 알람음)
- 화면 테마 설정
위 정보는 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며, 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 영구적으로 삭제됩니다.
2. 광고를 위해 수집되는 정보
본 앱은 무료로 제공되며 운영을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 게재합니다. 광고 제공 과정에서 Google 및 그 파트너가 아래 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 국외 이전
본 앱은 전 세계 이용자에게 제공되며, 광고 게재를 위해 수집된 정보는 Google 및 그 파트너가 운영하는 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

제1조의 집중 기록·컨디션 데이터는 이용자의 기기를 벗어나지 않으므로 국외 이전 대상이 아닙니다.
이용자는 국외 이전에 대한 동의를 거부하실 수 있습니다. 거부하시더라도 본 앱의 기능은 제한되지 않으며, 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다.
4. 이용자의 선택권
iOS — 앱 추적 투명성(ATT)
앱 최초 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 묻는 시스템 팝업이 표시됩니다.
거부하시더라도 본 앱의 모든 기능은 제한 없이 이용하실 수 있으며, 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고가 표시됩니다.
선택은 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
Android — 광고 ID
설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
유럽 경제 지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자
해당 지역 이용자에게는 GDPR에 따른 동의 요청 화면이 별도로 표시되며, 동의 여부는 언제든 변경하실 수 있습니다.
5. 기기 권한
- 알림 — 타이머 종료를 알리기 위해 사용하며, 알림 내용은 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 백그라운드 오디오 — 앱이 백그라운드에 있을 때 알람음을 재생하기 위해 사용합니다.
두 권한 모두 이용자 정보를 수집하는 데 사용되지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령대의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 정황을 발견하신 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 즉시 삭제하겠습니다.
7. 데이터 삭제 방법
앱을 기기에서 삭제하시면 저장된 모든 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다. 별도의 삭제 요청 절차는 필요하지 않습니다.
8. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지에 수정된 내용과 최종 수정일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 내에서 별도로 안내드립니다.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pomodoro (the "App") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
The App has no user accounts and does not transmit your recorded data to any server.
1. Information Stored by the App
The App stores the following only on your device. No third party, including the developer, can access it.
- Pomodoro session history (focus counts, cumulative focus time)
- Energy level records and time-of-day pattern analysis
- Timer settings (focus and break durations, auto-start, alarm sound)
- Appearance theme preference
This data resides solely in your device's local storage and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
2. Information Collected for Advertising
The App is free and displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support its operation. In the course of serving ads, Google and its partners may collect:

3. International Data Transfers
The App is offered worldwide. Information collected for advertising purposes may be processed on servers operated by Google and its partners outside your country of residence.

The focus history and energy data described in Section 1 never leave your device and are therefore not subject to international transfer.

4. Your Choices

You may reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads under

EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Users in these regions are shown a separate GDPR consent request, and may change their consent choices at any time.
5. Device Permissions
- Notifications — used to alert you when a timer ends. Notification content never leaves your device.
- Background audio — used to play the alarm sound while the App is in the background.
Neither permission is used to collect personal information.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe such information has been collected, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Deleting Your Data
Uninstalling the App removes all stored records. No separate deletion request is necessary.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes will additionally be communicated within the App.
